Pumpkin Bread

I made pumpkin bread last Sunday. Took a few loaves to work and then left 3 here at home. Mini loaves... So yesterday, just before I got home from work, my fiance told our son that he can't have any pumpkin bread till he eats dinner. So My fiance goes on fixing dinner and then turns around to see our son, a loaf cupped in both hands, eating straight down the middle of the loaf. By the time he'd seen our boy he'd eaten more than half a loaf! I wish I could have been there! I would have grabbed the camera, gotten a picture and then punished him. I would give anything to have caught that on a picture. Just chowing down on the center of a loaf of pumpkin bread.
